These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.ivycareerconnect.com (the “Site”), as well as any services, features, or content offered by us through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ivy Career Connect, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental permission to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old or have parental permission and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

a. Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

b. Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Services Provided

Ivy Career Connect connects students with elite Ivy League graduate professionals and admissions counselors who have ivy league experience in addition to student mentors for consultations and mentorship experiences. In addition, Ivy Career Connect provides college admissions counseling services.

5. Payment and Refunds

a. Payment Terms

Access to our Services requires payment of fees as outlined on our Pricing page. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

b. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, please contact us within 24 hours of your session for consideration of a refund.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. 
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Services or servers.

7. Content

a. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as messages, documents, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivy Career Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any errors or omissions in the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ivy Career Connect, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
